Cadila Healthcare Q1 net up 35 per cent to Rs 66.4 cr

New Delhi, July 31 (UNI) Cadila Healthcare today said its net profit has increased by 35 per cent to Rs 66.4 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 as compared to Rs 49.2 crore for the corresponding quarter last year.

Its total income has increased by 23.3 per cent to Rs 462.9 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2007 as compared to Rs 375.4 crore for the corresponding quarter last fiscal.

The Group's consolidated results saw net profit rise by 27 per cent to Rs 73.9 crore for the quarter ended Q1 FY07-08 against Rs 58.4 crore during the corresponding quarter last fiscal.

The consolidated total income has increased by 28.47 per cent to Rs 572.5 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 as compared to Rs 445.8 crore for the first quarter last year.
