BMC takes action against hawkers and food-stalls

Mumbai, July 31 (UNI) The oficials of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation's Health department have seized goods from 37 food-stall owners in 'A' and 'F South' wards, who were found selling food at night.

The Supreme Court had passed an order regarding the illegal sale of food in these 2 wards.

The authorities have warned the stall owners against police action if they continue to sell food on the pavements at night.
