Asom Association, Delhi elects new office bearers

New Delhi, July 31 (UNI) The Asom Associaton, Delhi at its annual general meeting held here recently elected Gr Captain A C Baruah as its new president for a term of two years.

The association members also elected Dr Ranjit kumar Baruah and Dr N C Hazarika as its vice- presidents and Dr Hareswar Deka as the association's General Secretary.

Ms Prabitra Kumar Nath was elected its tresurer.

Besides, three secretaries, one editor, six executive members and and three as ex-officio members were also elected for a period of two years, said an official release issued here today.
