Madhya Pradesh: Search for dacoit Thokia

Satna, MP, July 30: A search has been conducted in the jungles of Fatehganj, Gajpatipur, Badausa, Khohi and Kuluha by Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh Police for dacoit Ambika Prasad Patel alias Thokia who fatally ambushed six STF constables and an informer on July 22 in Kuluha and carries a reward of Rs 3.25 lakh, official sources said.

The July 28 search was led by Rewa's DIG G R Meena.

A search under the anti-banditry campaign took place yesterday in the forested areas of Baraundha, Jaitbara, Dharkundi and Sabhapur in this district.
