Rs 14 lakh looted from two LIC employees in Jhalawar

Kota, Jul 30 (UNI) Two miscreants today looted Rs 14 lakh from two employees of Life Insurance Corporation of India(LIC of India) in Jhalawar town of this division after blowing chilli powder in the victims' eyes.

Superintendent of Police(Jhalawar) Rakesh Saxena told UNI that the two employees were going to deposit the cash in the bank when the miscreants intercepted them on a two wheeler, threw chilli powder in their eyes and snatched the bag containing the cash.

The police has initiated search for the criminals.
