REBI to hold property shows in India, abroad
Chennai, July 30: The Real Estate Bank India Private Limited (REBI) will hold about 2,800 property shows in the country in the next two years and seven abroad in the near future.
REBI CEO Lakshmi Narayanan told reporters here today the franchisee shops would offer one stop solution for all property needs in residential, commercial and industrial segments.
The shop would provide a chance for customers to select property of their choice from a centralised data base for buying,selling and leasing with REBI providing legal clearances and arranging financial assistance.
The REBI had tied up with 15 bankers, including five to six public sector banks for the purpose.
He said REBI was looking for Rs five crore revenue at the end of current fiscal and touch the Rs 50 crore mark by 2008-09 and Rs 125 crore by 2010-11.
Mr Narayanan said the property shows abroad would be held in Dubai, UK, US, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia.
