Puducherry CPI(M) condemns firing on AP ryots

Puducherry, July 30 (UNI) The Puducherry unit of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) today condemned the police firing on the agitating ryots of Andhra Pradesh affiliated to CPM, seeking house site pattas for the poor.

The party staged a protest demonstration on Annassali here in which party Secretary V Perumal and former Secretary T Murugan addressed the gathering.

They also raised slogans against the Andhra Pradesh Government.
