PRDA employee chrgesheeted in bribery case

Patna, July 30 (UNI) The Bihar state vigilance investigation bureau today submitted chargesheet before the special court against an employee of Patna Regional Development Authority (PRDA) in a bribery case.

The chargesheet was submitted in the court of a special vigilance judge SK Panwar against correspondence clerk of PRDA Shivraj Kumar under the various sections of prevention of corruption act.

According to the charges the accused was arrested while accepting a bribe of Rs 2500 from a person for providing registration permission of a flat on june 1,2007.
