Orchid's Managing Director honoured with Doctorate

Mumbai, July 30 (UNI) Chennai-based pharma major Orchid Chemicals&Pharmaceuticals Managing Director Mr K Raghavendra Rao has been conferred the Doctor of Letters (Honoris Causa) by the Thanjavur-based SASTRA University.

The honour was conferred on him at the XXI Convocation of the University held in Thanjavur today, a press release said here.

The Doctorate has been bestowed him for his entrepreneurial achievements and contribution to the growth of the Indian pharma industry.
