One killed, 2 injured in Anand mishap

Anand, July 30 (UNI) One person was killed and two others injured when a chagda rickshaw collided head-on with a jeep near Bacheri village, 20 km from here, in Umreth taluka today.

The rickshaw was carrying passengers from Umreth town to Sureli village when the mishap occurred.

The deceased has been identified as Jaffraullahkhan Pathan. Two others have been admitted to a local hospital. The driver managed to jump out before the mishap occurred, thus escaping with minor injuries.
