NTPC signs MOU with Anna University, Chennai

New Delhi, Jul 30: National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd (NTPC) today said it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Anna University, Chennai to promote research and development (R&D).

The MoU, signed on July 29, 2007 will provide both the partners a platform for knowledge-sharing.

NTPC and the University would co-operate and promote R&D in the area of mutual interest, continue education program conducted by Anna University in mutually identified areas of interest and establish a 'NTPC Center of Excellence in Energy Studies', said a statement.
