Mudra Lifestyle Net Up by 122 pc for Q1 2007

Mumbai, July, 30 (UNI) Mudra Lifestyle ltd has posted a net profit increase by 122 per cent to Rs 6.99 crore for the first quarter ended June 30,2007 against Rs 3.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.

The income was also up by 105 per cent to Rs.57.42 crore compared to Rs.28.02 crore in the same period last year, a release said.

Mudra Lifestyle Ltd is an integrated textile company with state-of-the-art weaving, processing and garmenting facilities.

The company's Rs 178 crore expansion project is likely to be commissioned in February 2008.
