Dharamshala, July 30 (UNI) Demanding Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh's resignation, BSP's state Convenor Vijai Singh Mankotia today said the present Congress Government had lost the moral right to rule after the Bali episode.

Addressing a press conference here, he said the recent TV expose has again confirmed that the state was not being ruled by ''good people'' but mafia people.

Mr Mankotia said though Mr Bali has been exposed, six or seven ministers in the Virbhadra Singh's Cabinet were involved in corrupt practices and whose names would be made public shortly.

He accused the Chief Minister of single-handedly being responsible for damaging and destroying the image of the state within and outside the country.

He demanded the constitution of an inquiry commission, headed by a sitting Supreme Court Judge, to probe into the assets and properties accumulated by legislators and parliamentarians and their relatives of the state after 1980.

Referring to the Bali episode, he said three bureaucrats, who were also present in the party on Thursday night, should also be placed under suspension, besides, taking strict action against them.

All these bureaucrats were involved in some or the other scam, he claimed.
