Man, daughter drown in river

Rajkot, July 30 (UNI) A 45-year-old man and his 12-year-old daughter were drowned in the Dhano river near Vanot village in Amreli district.

The bodies of Jayantibhai Nanjibhai and Vandana were found by villagers yesterday.

The two were swept away in the swirling waters of the river, police said.
