Gokuldas Exports net income up by 18 % in Q 1

Bangalore, July 30 (UNI) Bangalore-based Gokaldas Exports Ltd, a leading apparel exporters, today reported an 18 per cent increase in its top line for the first quarter of 2008 with a revenue of Rs 261.89 crore.

Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at Rs 10.52 crore, a company release here said.

The release also quoted Company Executive Director (Finance) Rajendra J Hinduja as saying, ''we are very optimistic about the company's performance in the remaining three quarters of this fiscal''.
