Water rises above danger level in Bhagirathi river

Krishnagar, Jul 29 (UNI) Bhagirathi's ebbing water level has forced authorities to issue a red alert to the people of the district today.

Besides the Bhagirathi river, two other rivers in the district - Churni and Jalangi - have also witnessed an increase in their water level.
