Kashmir blast an act of frustration by terrorists: Patil
New Delhi, July 29 (UNI) Home Minister Shivraj Patil strongly condemned today's blast in a bus in Srinagar, in which five persons were killed, and said efforts for peace and normalcy in Jammu and Kashmir would continue.
''It is an act of frustration by terrorists,'' he said in a statement here.
''The Government will continue to work for peace and normalcy in Jammu and Kashmir,'' the Home Minister said and expressed condolences to the bereaved families.
At least four tourists from Gujarat and a girl from Kashmir were killed and 22 others wounded when a powerful explosion ripped through a bus near the famed Mughal Gardens at Shalimar.
