Doctors sat on dharna against manhandling

Daltonganj, Jul 28 (UNI) Demanding proper security arrangements for medical staff after the alleged manhandling by relatives of a patient, doctors, along with para-medical employees of district Sadar hospital, today sat on dharna in Palamu district of Jharkhand.

Official sources said agitated over the death of a woman admitted last night her relatives manhandled doctors and para-medical staff on duty.

The agitation was later called off after the intervention of the district civil surgeon.
