Suzlon Q1 net slumps by 116% to Rs 89.4 cr
New Delhi, July 26 (UNI) Suzlon Energy Ltd today said its net profit slumped by 116 per cent to Rs 89.4 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2007 as compared to Rs 193.6 crore for the corresponding quarter last year.
Its total income is also dropped by 9.7 per cent to Rs 862.9 crore for the quarter ended FY07 compared to Rs 946.7 crore for the corresponding quarter last year, said a statement.
Its order book position is of Rs 13,496.83 crores comprising of Rs 1,711.21 crores of domestic orders and Rs 11,785.62 crores of export orders.
Meanwhile 0010 hrs Suzlon stock is down 6.12 per cent at BSE trading at Rs 1,315.90 down 85.80 points and is at its one month low.
