AP: Nine killed in road accident

Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, July 26: Nine people, including two women, were killed and eight injured, three of them seriously, when the auto in which they were travelling collided with a lorry near Massamma temple in Gogulavaripalli in this district today.

Police said the auto was carrying 16 people from Thumma Kunta to Tirupati and the lorry was proceeding to Kadapa from Railway Koduru, when the mishap occurred.

The deceased were yet to be identified.

The injured were admitted to the Government Ruia hospital in Tirupati.
