Apollo Q1 net surges 188 pc to Rs 46.76 cr

New Delhi, July 26: Apollo Tyres Ltd today said its net profit has surged by 188 per cent of Rs 46.76 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2007 as compared to Rs 16.26 crore for the corresponding quarter last year.

Its total income has increased by 17 per cent to Rs 879.91 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 as compared to Rs 757.37 crore for the corresponding quarter last year.
