ZapAPP India is now First Advantage Offshore services

Bangalore, July 25 (UNI) Bangalore-based ZapApp India Pvt Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of First Advantage Corporation, today announced a change in its name to First Advantage Offshore Services Private Limited in alignment with First Advantage's global branding initiative.

First Advantage Offshore Services Private Limited Country Manager Tarun Jauhari told newsmen here the company aimed to double its current manpower of 450 in the next 18 months by chipping in further investments.

It had already ploughed in around 4.5 million US Dollar during the seven years of operation in the country.

Mr Jauhari said the company aimed to enhance its turnover to Rs 35 crore this fiscal from Rs 20 crore last year.

The company operated as a fully captive off-shoring cost centre for its parent company and its subsidiaries offering software development, voice and non-voice business process outsourcing (BPO) and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) services.

He siad the change in name of the company was in line with the company's global branding strategy.
