Thermax Q1 net rises 103.37 per cent

New Delhi, July 25: Thermax Ltd today said it has recorded a 103.37 per cent rise in its net profit at Rs 56.01 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2007 as against Rs 27.54 crore in the same quarter previous year.

The total income surged from Rs 329.17 crore in Q1FY06 to Rs 676.30 crore in the corresponding quarter this fiscal, a press release said.

The Group has posted a net profit of Rs 55.63 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 as compared to Rs 25.93 crore in Q1FY06.
