MMU to implement 'tuition fee waiver scheme'
Hisar, July 25 (UNI) Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Mullana has decided to implement the 'tuition fee waiver scheme' for women, economically backward and physically handicapped meritorious students.
Stating this here today, Professor Kuldip Singh Dhindsa, Director General of the University, said the scheme would be implemented in M M Engineering College from the current academic session as per guidelines laid down by All India Council for Technical Education.
Under the scheme no tuition fee would be charged from these students who would form ten per cent strength of total admissions in B Tech programmes.
