Huge cache of arms, ammunition unearthed from LeT hideout
Jammu, July 25 (UNI) Security forces have recovered five kg RDX, two UBGL and nine grenades beside a huge quantity of arms and ammunition from a Lashkar-e-Toiba hideout at Seoj Dhar in Bhaderwah area of Doda district, official sources today said.
Acting on a tip-off about the presence of militants at Seoj Dhar, troops of 4 Rashtriya Rifles and police busted a militant hideout in Seoj forests yesterday.
Security forces also recovered 300 AK rounds, 12 7.62 mm rounds, four AK magazines, an SLR magazine, a petromax light, one bundle wire, a radio set, a transistor, a head Phone, 12 pencil cells, four glucose bottles, five pairs of surgical hand gloves, 20 bundles of band aid and medicines.
Besides, 80 kg rice, 100 kg wheat floor, 15 kg rajmash, ten kg dry fruit, a stove, five liter kerosene oil and 20 packets of cigarette were also recovered from the hideout.
