Houses possible for 15,000 mill workers: Tope

Mumbai, July 25 (UNI) Maharashtra Minister of State for Urban Development Rajesh Tope today said the government can provide houses to 15,000 mill workers.

Making a statement on notice under rule 93 given by Nitin Gadkari (BJP) and others, Mr Tope said the government could not give houses to all 55,000 mill workers.

The mill owners will not be allowed to develop the mill land until they clear all the dues of mill workers, he added.
