HDFC net surges 25.60 pc in Q1 FY07

New Delhi, July 25: Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) today said its net profit stood at Rs 372.81 crore, up by 25.60 per cent for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 as compared to Rs 296.82 crore in the same quarter last year.

The total income also rose from Rs 1,248.53 crore in Q1FY06 to Rs 1,830.39 crore during Q1FY07, a press release said.
