Chargesheet against 20 people in corruption cases

Patna, Jul 25 (UNI) Bihar state vigilance investigation bureau today submitted chargesheets before the special court in four separate cases of corruption against 20 people, including a former civil surgeon.

Chargesheets were submitted in the court of special vigilance judges S K Panwar and S P N Singh under various sections of Indian Panel Code (IPC) and Prevention of Corruption (PC) Act.

A retired joint director,(agriculture) of Kosi division Jhagru Ram and a retired district education superintendent of Sahibganj Bhola Ram were also among the other chargesheeted accused.

The chargesheets were submitted by the bureau following a direction of Patna High court.
