BHEL official arrested for raping minor, remanded in 14 day JC

New Delhi, July 25 (UNI) Police have arrested both the accused, including the 57-year-old employer, involved in raping a minor maid in C R Park area of South Delhi.

While Purushottam Sahdev, a senior deputy manager with public sector undertaking BHEL in Noida, was arrested from his Alaknanda residence, Abdul Gaffoor Mandal, owner of a placement agency was arrested from his Okhla office last night, said DCP (South) Anil Shukla.

A local court ordered to send them to 14 days judicial custody.

Both the accused were produced in Patiala House Court where the procecution claimed the victim was often threatened by both the accused.
