Maid alleges rape by employer in Delhi

New Delhi, July 24 (UNI) A 17-year-old maid servant in C R Park area of South Delhi today alleged that she was being raped by two men including her employer for the past one year.

A case under section 377 (Unnatural Sex) has been registered in CR Park against Purushotam Sehdev (58), a PSU officer residing at Kaveri Apartment in the area, senior police official said.

Another case has been registered under section 376 (rape) in Okhla against Gafur Mandal (21), the owner of a palcement agency in Tuglakabad extension. Mandal is the same person who provided the girl with the job.

The minor, who hails from West Bengal, had come to Delhi a year back in search of job. She came in contact with Mandal who physically exploited her along with Sehdev.

A case has been registered after a complaint was made today.

No arrests have been made so far.
