Congress activists stage demo

Chittoor, July 24 (UNI) Condemning TDP President N Chandrababu Naidu for his reported statement against Andhra Pradesh Assembly Speaker, the Congress activists staged a protest demonstration and burnt Mr Naidu in effigy here today.

As many as 60 Congress activists raised slogans against Mr Naidu and staged a demonstration in the town.

Meanwhile, TDP Mahila activists staged a dharna at Tirupati to condemn Chief Minister Rajasekhara Reddy's statement against Mr Naidu.
