Vijaya Bank raises Rs 200 cr
Hyderabad, July 23 (UNI) Vijaya Bank has raised lower tier II captial of Rs 200 crore through subordinated bonds which opened for subscription Friday last.
The bonds were given AA+ by rating agencies 'Care' and 'fitch,' indicating high safety for timely servicing of debt, according to a release here today .
Earlier in March, the bank raised upper tier II capital worth Rs 300 crore.
The present issue was fully tied up within hours of its opening and stood fully subscribed.
