Mr Naidu accused the Speaker of not allowing the Opposition to raise the matter in the House and siding with the Government as per the Chief Minister's advise.
He defended the Legislators and the fact-finding Committee had every right to visit the places wherever illegal activities were going on to find out the actual facts so as to truty can be placed before the people.
Mr Naidu said democracy in the State was in a 'dangerous' position and there was no protection to the Opposition MLAs in the State.
