Hyderabad, July 23 (UNI) The Andhra Pradesh Assembly today witnessed uproarious scenes over certain personal remarks made by Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy against his predecessor N Chandrababu Naidu, leading to abrupt adjournment of the Houdse, suspension of TDP members for the rest of the day and walkout by the CPI(M) members.

Intervening, after Home Minister K Jana Reddy made a statement on the situation leading to the arrest of TDP Legislators proceeding to the Obulapuram mining site, the Chief Minister made certain 'objectionable' remarks against Mr Naidu.

Immediately, angry TDP members trooped to the well of the House, objecting to the Chief Minister's remarks, even as the Chief Minister emotionally said, ''what I have mentioned is only a preamble. I will thoroughly expose you (Mr Naidu).'' Utter pandemonium prevailed in the House, with both the Opposition and ruling party members trading charges on each other.

Sensing the situation was going out of control, Dr Reddy said anything unparliamentary in his speech could be expunged.

Speaker K R Suresh Reddy restored order, assuring the agitated members any unparliamentary remarks during the course of the speech, either from the ruling or Opposition side, would be expunged.

Earlier, TDP Legislature Party Deputy Leader T Devender Goud termed as ''undemocratic'', the Government's refusal to allow the party Legislators to visit Obulapuram and levelled some personal allegations against the Chief Minister, which were, however, expunged by the Speaker.

When the House reassembled to take up the Government Bills in the evening, the TDP members obstructed the proceedings, demanding an apology from the Chief Minister for his ''unparliamentary utterances'' against their leader.

After repeated appeals to allow the House to take up the Government Bills, the Speaker named the TDP members.

Substituting for Legislative Affairs Minister K Rosaiah, Agriculture Minister N Raghuveera Reddy moved the motion for their suspension, which was adopted by voice vote.

Soon after the suspension, CPI(M) Floor leader N Narasimaiah led his members out, protesting against the Chief Minister's objectionable remarks and ''undemocratic''attitude of the Government.
