Two get lifer in murder case in Bihar

Patna, Jul 22: A local fast track court here today awarded life imprisonment to two people in a murder case.

The court also slapped a fine of Rs one thousand on each.

Presiding officer of the fast track court Omprakash found Pramod and Sudhir Mahto guilty of committing murder of Nagmani Yadav, a resident of Shahjahanpur police station area.

According to the charges, the victim was shot dead on October 10,1994.

The reason behind the murder was said to be old enmity.
