IT industry to formulate strategies for eRevolution

Chandigarh, July 22: 'Achieving Excellence through a 360 degree Approach' will be the theme of this year's mega IT event being held here from August two to three.

The IT industry in tricity has matured to a level where they are benchmarking themselves with international standards, Mr M S Brar, Director Information Technology, UT Administration said today.

The eRevolution 2007, which is the third in the series of the annual event, and is being jointly hosted by the Chandigarh Administration and governments of Punjab and Haryana, with the involvement of Nasscom, TiE (The Indus Entrepreneur), Band of Angels, and Cyber Media Group.

The 360 degree approach involves looking at all the stakeholders engaged in any enterprise and achieving excellence through leadership qualities, people, talent and innovation management, for which eRevolution is the perfect platform.
