MP: 4 arrested for making obscene photograph

Sagar, MP, July 22: Four people have been arrested on a charge of making an obscene photograph of a woman councillor in this district, police said yesterday.

On the basis of a complaint by the Khurai municipal councillor, Syed Ashfaq, Mihilal, Munnulal and Vinod were arrested.

The woman councillor had complained that the foursome prepared obscene photographs with the help of a computer and were threatening to publicise it.
