Ruben Star wins J B Mallaradhya Memorial Cup

Bangalore, July 21 (UNI) Hot favourite "Ruben Star" ridden by B Prakash easily won the J B Mallaradhya Memorial Cup main event of the races held here today.

The winner is the joint property of Dr M A M Ramaswamy and Mr Zavaray S Poonawalla represting Poonawalla Racing and Breed Ltd and was trained by S Ganapathy.

Jockey Mark Zahra scored a double. Four favourites obliged in a card of seven events.
