Congress in K'taka hail Pratibha's victory

Bangalore, July 21 (UNI) The Congress in Karnataka today hailed the victory of Ms Pratibha Patil in the Presidential election.

The victory was not only a historic win but a bitter lesson to the Bharatiya Janata Party which had fuelled a ''misinformation campaign'' against her, prior to the polls, KPCC President Mallikarjun Kharge said in a statement here.
