BJP to raise money to support widows and children of farmers

Pune, July 21 (UNI) BJP State Unit Chief Nitin Gadkari today directed all party workers to support the widows and children of farmers who committed suicide by providing financial aid under the BJP initiative 'Annadatta Sukhi Bhava' and 'Rambhau Malgi Yojana'.

Addressing party workers and office bearers of the division, Gadkari informed that the party aimed to support 500 farmers families.

''We need to provide financial assistence for children's education and to help the widows. Contibutions upto Rs 15,000 each from several persons had started coming in,'' Gadkari informed.
