Asipack to market USD 250 million HYDCITY Project
Hyderabad, July 19 (UNI) Asipac, one of India's leadding property marketing companies, today announced that it has signed a contract to plan and market USD 250 million real estate project 'HYDCITY' here.
HYDCITY's promoter is a multi-billion MNC conglomerate with interests in real estate, construction, property management, hotels, telecom, retail, medical imaging, insurance, financial services, semiconductors, tech funding, cement, transformers, vertical transportation systems, agrochem products and paper products.
A Asipac release here said the Six group companies were listed on NASDAQ and five on other exchanges around the world. They had 17 million square feet of income-generating buildings and provide asset management services for 30 million square feet of property.
The group would invest USD 4 billion in India by 2011, it added.
''This project is totally different. While Casa Estebana is at Rs 6 to 15 crore per home, in HYDCITY, we will try to keep prices in a range of Rs 20 to 35 lakh. HYDCITY is a lifestyle community for the young and energetic new-age Indians,'' said Amit Bagaria, CEO of Asipac.
