Noida Toll Bridge Q1 net soars 294 percent

New Delhi, July 17 (UNI) Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd (NTBCL) today said it has posted a 294 per cent increase in net profit at Rs 6.55 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 as against Rs 1.66 crore during the same quarter a year ago.

The Average Daily Traffic (ADT) for the quarter was 75,373 vehicles as compared to 63,133 vehicles in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year, showing a increase of 19 per cent, company said in a statement.

During the quarter, Phase I of the Mayur Vihar Link Road Project was opened to traffic which improved the accessibility of the Delhi Noida Bridge Project (DND Flyway).
