Jubilant Organosys Q1 net jumps 192% to Rs 138.4 cr

New Delhi, July 17 (UNI) Jubilant Organosys Ltd has today said it has posted a 191.98 per cent jump in its net profit to Rs 138.4 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2007 as compared to Rs 47.4 crore for the corresponding period last year.

Its sales has increased by 26.81 per cent to Rs 454.9 crore from Rs 358.7 crore in the same period, said a statement.

The Group's Consolidated net profit also increased by 209.97 per cent to Rs 142.9 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2007 as compared to Rs 46.1 crore for the corresponding period last year.

Consolidated sales has increased by 30.94 per cent to Rs 540 crore from Rs 412.4 crore in the same period.
