Four members of family killed in van-bus collision

Villupuram, July 17 (UNI) Four members of a family were killed on the spot when a van in which they were travelling collided head-on with a State Transport Corporation bus at Sundaripalayam village near here early today.

The deceased were identified as R Sasikumar (25), his wife Vandar Kuzhali (22), his mother Vallimayil (49) and four-year-old son Raghavanvadivel, police said.

The ill-fated minidoor van was proceeding to Chennai from Thanjavur, when the mishap occurred.
