CSS bags RIM services deal from Virgin America
Chennai, July 17: Technology Operations Management firm Cybernet-SlashSupport (CSS) has bagged a significant Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM) services deal from Virgin America, the new US-based domestic airline.
Under the deal, CSS would provide RIM services for Virgin America's IT systems and the technology support would take place out of CSS's off-shore facilities in Chennai.
Virgin America, which plans to start flying domestically later this summer, selected CSS to provide network monitoring and management, incident and problem management, help desk and other technology support services, a CSS release said here today.
