Wife of central excise commissioner found hanging from ceiling

New Delhi, July 16 (UNI) The 48-year-old wife of the central excise and customs commisioner was found hanging at her residence in the Tilak Lane area of New Delhi district this afternoon.

Bharti, wife of K K Goyal (50), was found hanging from the ceilig fan of her Tilak Lane residence at about 1530 hrs, said a senior police officer.

She leaves behind a son and a daughter.

Sources said Bharti had a history of depression.

Her body has been taken to the RML hospital for a post-mortem.
