Mantri Realty gets govt approval for 44 acres IT park at Nagpur

Mumbai, July 16 (UNI) Mantri Realty has got the government nod to build a 44 acres IT special economic zone (SEZ) at Butibori Industry Area at Nagpur.

This SEZ would be implemented through its 100 per cent subsidary Suyog Realtors Ltd.The land has been acquired and the project has achieved financial closure with a total outlay of Rs 780 crore.

Mantri Realty Chairman Sunil Mantri stated ''The project will be supported with world class infrastructure to make it an ideal place for international operators. It is spread over 4025 hectares of land and is expected to generate 1,00,000 jobs. To begin with the company would be consuming 40 lakh sq ft for the IT Park and two lakh sq ft for the shopping area. The second phase is yet to be decided. The combination of IT park with a shopping complex next door would be ready within two years.'' UNI
