India to host a meeting of Nobel laureates, students: Sibal
New Delhi, July 16 (UNI) India will soon host a global science meet to enable Indian students to interact with Nobel laureates, Science and Technology Minister Kapil Sibal said today.
Addressing 21 young Indian scientists who represented the country at the 57th meeting of Nobel laureates and students in medicine and physiology and related subjects at Lindau, Mr Sibal said his Ministry would facilitate such a meeting in India so that more Indian students get the opportunity to interact with the great minds in science.
This year's meeting held at Lindau in June was attended by 18 Nobel prize winners and about 500 young scientists from around the world.
