DPI demands arrest of woman police superintendent

Puducherry, July 16 (UNI) The Dalit Panthers of India in Puducherry, took out a procession today, demanding the arrest of a woman police superintendent, who allegedly abused a police constable.

Starting from the new bus stand, the procession culminated at the armed police grounds at Gorimedu, near here.

The protestors alleged that the police official had mistreated a constable by using his caste name.
