Ruling BSP MLA's husband, son accused of murder

Hardoi, July 14 (UNI) The husband and son of ruling BSP MLA from Bawan assembly segment Rajeshwari Devi have been accused of murder by a resident of Badauli village in Beniganj area here.

Ramkishan alleged that Rajeshwari's husband Vipin Bihari and son Ritesh had called his brother Ramdin through their servant Arjun, police today said.

Ramdin was beaten to death and his body was later concealed by them, Ramkishan alleged in his police complaint.

Interestingly, Vipin Bihari is also a former MLA.

However, in preliminary investigation, police found Arjun prima facie guilty in the case and an FIR was subsequently registered against him.

Investigations were on.
